A Jack Beignet is a sweet New Orleans style yeast pastry that is made fresh to order and always smothered with powdered sugar. A welcome treat any time of day, the beignet has become a culinary symbol of New Orleans and the French Quarter. Made fresh-to-order, our delicious pastries are made from our personally developed recipe.
In true southern style, we also serve Chicory Coffee, a perfect complement to the beignet. The south began harvesting the chicory herb for use with coffee. Over the years it has become a Louisiana specialty and distinct roasting gives chicory coffee a bitter-sweet flavor.
